This pizza is a perfect appetizer if you have last minute guests or if you’re having a bunch of people over to watch a sporting event. I was a little skeptical at first, but the pizza was really delicious (and I can definitely see it being a sweet dessert if you tweaked the recipe a little!)

Quick and Easy Pizza

Ingredients
2 containers of Pillsbury croissant dough
1 large cup of cream cheese
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
2 Roma tomatoes
3 carrots
1 head of broccoli
1/2 onion

First, unwrap the croissant dough and pinch the edges of the dough together so it bakes into one flat sheet:

Bake at 375 until golden brown (about 20 minutes):

While the dough is baking, shred your carrots:

Chop the onions:

Add the chopped onions to the cream cheese:

Then add the mayo to the onions and cream cheese:

Remove the dough from the oven and let it cool down completely. Once it’s cooled, start spreading the cream cheese, onion, and mayo mixture:

You should use about half of the spread on one croissant:

Top the pizza with some shredded carrots:

Then add a diced tomato:

Then add broccoli florets, salt, and pepper:

Cut the pizza into little slices and serve cold:

The pizza is really delicious cold – if you wanted to make it sweet, I’d use cream cheese with a little sugar and add strawberries, kiwis, and raspberries as a topping!
